How it works

  1. STEP 1
    Tell us what you need
Send the form or call. A recent power bill helps us size things right.
  2. STEP 2
    Visit and written quote
We look at your home, equipment, and panel, walk you through what we found, then give you the price in writing.
  3. STEP 3
    Permit, install, inspection
We pull the permit, do the install, and handle the inspection. Our work is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty.

“Gradient Electric is my go to for any electrical needs. I’ve had them out several times this year. Once to trouble shoot my solar system which was not operating correctly, Hector was fast and quick at resolving the issue. Another time to install my Tesla charger, and then some final fixes when we sold our place. The owner, Hector, is great to work with and goes above and beyond. He communicates effectively with whatever he is doing and also explains how to avoid further issues.”

“Finding the right electrician can be frustrating, to say the least. We were grateful to have Hector and Izzy at Gradient Energy install our new circuit breaker panel. Communication is a make or break for me and they kept in communication the whole time and were punctual when arriving and setting time expectations. Great people to work with and their customer service was on point. Value absolutely exceeded the price hands down. Really appreciate their transparency and integrity. I have a couple friends that need electrical work and will be referring them to Gradient Energy. Thank you again!”

“Highly recommended! When we learned very quickly that electricity was something best left to the experts, hector was my first call--and my only call. We had planned to get bids from several electricians, but once we met Hector at gradient electric, we stopped searching. Not only was he prompt, honest, and very courteous, he was also extremely professional. Hector and his team was very upfront with project costs and time, and had everything done well ahead of what was promised. Hector even sent us a thank you note in appreciation for our business. It's really rare to find his level of work ethic (and commitment to a job well done) these days. Thank you for your help, Gradient electric!” -Juan

Common questions

Can you add a battery to the solar I already have?

Yes, in most cases. We check your system and panel, then quote a battery that fits.

Battery or generator: which do I need?

A battery is silent and pairs with solar. A generator runs as long as it has fuel, which suits long outages. Many homes use both. We help you decide.

Do you fix systems another company installed?

Yes. We troubleshoot and repair solar and battery systems from other installers.

Is there still a federal tax credit for solar?

The federal homeowner credit for solar and batteries does not apply to systems installed after 2025. We quote honest numbers without it and point you to the rebates that do apply.

What areas do you serve?

Pasco, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Walla Walla, Yakima, and nearby towns. Not sure? Call and ask.
